Nothing wrong with the beautiful stitch kit . I have sent this company an email and they’ve ignored me . Regarding a return and refund . Nothing to do with the quality or dissatisfaction of the product . Just personal choice

Hi Michelle,

I can see that you emailed us on Thursday (it is currently first thing on Monday). As a small independent business who are currently short staffed due to both sickness and holiday, we unfortunately didn't manage to reply to emails sent Thursday or Friday of last week. However it is now Monday and I am working my way through emails currently.

I'm really disappointed you felt the need to leave a damaging 1 star product review, without following up with a second email or phone call in case the first had gone astray.
