Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

Very pleased with this yarn. The colours pop and coordinate throughout the range. I have crocheted a cardigan (size 16) with it and it took 4 skeins. The fabric is lovely and soft and the yarn is smooth to work with, no splitting or knots.

It seems thin for DK but as I’m using it with a pattern designed for this yarn I’m hoping it’s OK. It’s very soft. I have only just started my cardigan but it seems to be knitting up well apart from a knot after 1cm of knitting. I have arthritis so knitting the rib using 3.25mm needles took me a long time due to the pain. I was glad to change to the 4mm needles.
