Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.
Highly-rated acrylic yarn praised for being soft and easy to work with. Customers said it "knits up really well" with excellent stitch definition and vibrant colours. Knits up really well and can be washed and tumble dried. I knitted a car blanket for a toddler as they are not safe in a coat when strapped into their travel seats. Therefore it had hard wear and was regularly tucked in round muddy play clothes and wellies! Frequent washing and tumble drying was essential.

Works ups smooth. Lovely to work with. No splitting. No horrible joins mid yarn ball. Nice quality acrylic yarn.

Excellent service will certainly use again, despite some uncertainty as to whether the batch numbers etc would be the same as my existing wool all match perfectly. The cardigan/coat is coming along nicely and I hope to finish it for Christmas.

I’m a beginner but this was lovely yarn to crochet with and really lovely colours. At 210 meters it goes a long way too! I would definitely use again

This is the first time I have used this wool.It knitted up very nicely with good stitch definition but when I compared it to my usual go to favourite it was not as soft to the touch.The lady at Sconch was very good and even rang me at home to see if I wanted to proceed with the sale as the balls were not all the same dye number.As it was for a blanket knitted in squares it didn't matter.Delivery was very swift.

The yarn knits up well and tension seems accurate. It's a good price and a nice colour. Jumper is not finished yet so has not been laundered but I'm hoping, as it's acrylic, that it washes well.
