Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

I never thought I would be able to get just the toggles I needed for my latest knitted project but Sconch didn't let me down, was able toget exactly the colours I wanted and being able to buy them individualy was perfect so I could get the clours s without having to buy packs of each clour, brilliant, they also came the next day after order was submitted, that's what I call excellent service, Thankyou Sconch.
