Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

I ordered both the pearl and the non pearl toggles in various colours. There was a colour that was out of stock when they came to package my order but the company quickly informed me and offered me a refund or another colour. I chose another colour and the order arrived within a day. The toggles were perfect both in size,colour and quality. I was very pleased and will return again when needed.
