Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

A new customer to Sconch due to Covid and looking for wool and projects to do in Lockdown.
Wonderful service and good prices. My order was dispatched and received very quickly and arrived in very good condition.
I found the tinsel tricky to get used to working with - dropping a stitch is a nightmare to rectify, however the finished products look super. Have knitted 2 x draught excluder "Caterpillars" and 3 x Hedgehog. Will definitely be returning to Sconch to buy more wool.
