Hi Vic, Sorry for the late reply, I hadn't seen this review. Please do send them back and we will of course cover the return postage as they are faulty. (you could try filing them gently with an emery board, which is the recommended course for bamboo hooks, but obviously if they are beyond that, there is a fault). Drop me an email and I can sort this for you, and either offer a full refund or an exchange. Sam :)
