Returns & Replacements

All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.

Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.

You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

A delightful yarn, so soft and easy to work with. Have used the Summerlite DK before - equally lush and the 4Ply is definitely up there as one of my favourite yarns.
