Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.
This cotton-acrylic blend yarn is "fabulous to crochet with" and "wonderful to knit with" according to customers. Praised for being "lovely soft" with "beautiful colours" and a velvet-like depth. The way the wool is wound is unhelpful. The easy start label means you are supposed to take the wool from the inside. It doesn’t work and the wool gets in a tangle and takes ages to sort. If it is started in the usual wat, from the outside, it works much better.

This yarn is lovely to knit with, this is the second colour way I have knitted up and the colour is both a washed out shade but has depth abut like velvet.
