in cutting open the very tightly wrapped package of wool, I cut through several strands :o( . Might be a good idea to leave a little space for safe opening.
Hi Kate, really sorry about this, I have started leaving a little more room (we'd started packing tighter as we'd had some yarn arrive damaged as it was loosely packed and so had been bashed around!) so hoping we've got a good middle ground now. I ordered the wool late on Saturday afternoon and was able to start work on my project on Tuesday afternoon. My local high street chain retailer said it could be up to 6 weeks before they could get the yarn into my hands as their supplier’s next order date was in November. Thank you Sconch.
