Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

The yarn is great, few tangles and it's not always easy to find the starting yarn in the center. The CAL is wonderful and I'm learning so much from the videos. Great international shipping. I received 10 days after it shipped!

Sconch shipped my order to Latvia from the UK, and didn't charge me any extra for having the order tracked (we felt this was a necessary precaution due to delays caused by Covid-19). Very happy with the customer service, and the product. Keep up the good work!

I love the yarn... it is super lux and doesn't split in the way some other cottons do. I absolutely love working with it. The colours are also really lovely (I have the dark version). Thank you so much. This will be a super soft present for my sister :)

Unfortunately as I live in Australia, I have not received it yet. Cal has started and they are into week 3. 😥 I'll let you know when I receive it. It's the virus's fault. 🤔
