Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

I am using this for a crochet project. 2 of four balls so far used have had a break in the yarn that would have spoilt the block edges, so have had to undo work to make 'invisible joins' at suitable place. Otherwise nice yarn, but I do not put knots in my work an neither should Stylecraft

Unfortunately all yarns sometimes have knots. It is a necessary (but annoying when mid flow in your project!) part of the manufacturing process, and for them to produce a ball of yarn without a knot would be far too costly. Industry standards allows up to 3 knots per 100g. If you are finding more than this, you can get in contact with Stylecraft (or we can do it for you) and they will usually replace the yarn.
