Returns & Replacements
If you are unhappy with your purchase or simply change your mind, you can return any items to us within 14 days of you receiving them.
All items must be in their original, resaleable condition.
Please note that custom products (including fabric cut to a specific length) are non-refundable (unless faulty) and are excluded from the "right to cancel" within the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. This does not affect your statutory rights.
You are responsible for the cost of returning items to us (unless they are faulty) and we recommend using a tracked service as we cannot refund any packages which go missing in the post.

Knitting up beautifully. I've reached the sleeves but was a little disappointed to find a join in the yarn which involved taking a row back to place it at the end instead of part way through a row.

Only quibble I'd have is that the packaging was was tight around the wool and with trying to cut open the bag I ended up losing some of by accidentally cutting it.

Sorry only just seen this - we have been reviewing our packing processes this week. We had made the packing tighter due to a few parcels arriving damaged as the yarn got bashed on the way due to not being tight enough. I may have gone a little too tight the other way! Hopefully now we are packing in a middle ground!

Love this wool, it knits up well and holds its shape.colour isnt quite as described double denim more of an airforce blue but still lovely. Great service and delivery from Sconch, placed order then following day order despatched
