Sconch Yarn Shop or the class teacher reserve the right to refuse class participation if it is felt that a participant is not at the required standard for a particular class.
Should a class be cancelled or abandoned through no fault of a participant then a refund or an alternative date wil be offered.
Should a participant be unable to attend a class then whilst every attempt will be made to offer an alternative date, this cannot be guaranteed.
Refunds are our discretion and are no way implied or guaranteed. In any case, there is a minimum cancellation policy of 48 hours on all class bookings.
Non-attendance at a pre-booked class without providing the required notice will not be eligible for any refund and an alternative date may not be able to be offered.

One customer felt too much content was covered and preferred fewer stitches with more practice time.

Had a lovely morning with Anna and fellow students learning this interesting class. Have wanted to do a class with Anna for a long time now, and she didn't disappoint, she was clear with her instructions, and provided us with a leaflet showing everything we needed.
Just need more time now to practice :)

Anna, is very kind and patient. She teaches you at your own pace and doesn’t make you feel rushed. Anna is by far my favourite teacher. Kind, passionate in what she does and teaches you in a way that makes sense. I mean what else could you ask for!

The class with Anna was great, very informative and fun. She is very patient and helpful. Loved all the different samples she brought. Would definitely do another course with her. My only suggestion is to ask people to bring Aran weight yarn instead of a choice of DK or Aran because Aran makes it much easier to see your stitches when learning . Sconch yarn shop is beautiful, so many choices of wool. All the staff are very helpful and friendly, lovely cakes with tea and coffee for the course

The Tunisian Crochet class was wonderful. Anna is a great tutor - knowledgeable and with a great sense of humour. I came away with so many new skills so I now need to find a good project to use them.

The class was good and a lot was taught. However, personally I think too much was crammed in, and would personally have preferred to do bigger swatches of a fewer number of stitches, so that I got the hang of those. I do understand that Anna wanted to impart as much knowledge as she could.
