Wanting to knit up a Bounce blanket by Tin Can Knits for a friend’s baby, and wanting it to be a rainbow I obviously needed to be in a yarn shop and browsing...... that not being possible I did the next best thing and asked Sam! In spite of being really busy she helped me to identify possibilities and I settled on the Sirdar Snuggly. A great decision.... it is so soft and feels great. A great yarn and it suited the project brilliantly. Even better I have enough left over to knit another blanket! Thanks Sam

Had found it hard to track down a mid blue. Mainly royal or very pale most accessible. Soldier blue was nearest although the colour name not very helpful. Which soldiers wear blue? However, maybe sax blue not entirely accurate either. 50 gram balls a bit expensive too.
The fact that you contacted me because you hadn’t got 3 balls of exactly the same shade was appreciated. Such good customer care is always positive.

Absolute rubbish. This is the second time I shall be writing to Sirdar due to the POOR quality for not a cheap price. There were two lots of thick unusable yarn where it had never been spun, and then a length with a sudden cut, which entailed taking back the pattern to join at the end of a row, all within 12" of the start of the work. Would not recommend it to anyone, and not at all as Sirdar used to be, presume as it is made in Turkey, their standard is not like the UK. Shall never buy any more.
I'm quite a new knitter and bought this wool to knot a blanket for my baby. It's lovely to knit with, feels a great quality. Customer service was great too.
