late package dispatch

When you order the products, you can choose 2 delivery options. 24h shipping or 48h shipping. I chose the 24h, and I ordered on Monday evening, and a package arrived on Thursday afternoon. It should have arrived on Wednesday! The delay was entirely the fault of the store. They didn’t dispatch the package in time, and then when I complained in email, they referred to the service not working well, and the 24h shipping is 1 or 2 days, and not guaranteed the 24h delivery! Bullshit!!

Thanks for your review, but unfortunately it is entirely inaccurate.

You ordered Monday evening and we sent you a despatch email at 3:39pm on the Tuesday. You were then sent an email at 5:16pm from Royal Mail when they scanned your parcel in (so at this point we have sent the parcel to you within the time frame given as you ordered well after the 3pm cut off, so your order was despatched the following day). Our post collection is late afternoon, so again, within the timeframe.

Your parcel then did indeed arrive on Thursday, again, within the time frame stated (all listed here in our delivery information! Tracked 24 is not a guaranteed 24 hour service, but is what Royal Mail call their tracked version of 1st class, so expected delivery is 1-2 days, but can sometimes take longer. They did however deliver within 2 days

All this was explained to you in the email I replied with when you emailed on Wednesday demanding a refund.

I'm sorry you didn't read our delivery information before ordering and that you feel me explaining what Royal Mail's delivery times are constitute blaming the service, and I'm sorry you feel the need to be so abusive.
